Noble Automotive Repair

Spencer and the guys at Noble are the absolute best. Competent and trustworthy. Any time we have had a pressing issue with either of our vehicles they have gone above and beyond to get us serviced quickly. Communication is great and I feel that Spencer never recommends a service we do not actually need. We live in Morrisville but drive to Durham to have our cars serviced at Noble because of how much we trust Spencer.

Noble fixed many issues with my Tundra for less than his original estimate. Spencer was that honest that when the job could be done for less he made it happen. He had the estimate quickly and sent it via text as a pdf. Fast, honest, professional. Just do it.

I went to this place on a whim because I really needed something fixed on my car, and I was pleasantly surprised. They worked with me to find a day I could drop my car off (it had a lot of issues) and they identified all the stuff and even gave me a prioritized list of stuff I should get fixed. All the service I have gotten here is honest and fair-priced. They keep a list of anything that needs done on my car, and they always give their expertise on what they would do in your position. For example: I already knew I would need new tires to pass inspection, and the manager there gave me a reasonable quote. But he was also honest and told me he could install cheaper tires, he just didn't recommend it based on his experience. I really appreciate that honesty and offer. I keep going back here because I never feel like I'm getting ripped off, even though I know very little about cars. I would and have recommended this shop to my family and friends.

I've been servicing my car here for over a year and have had a great experience every time. When I first bought my car, I went to a dealership for a recall repair and they ended up messing up my front break system. Noble was very helpful throughout the process of getting it fixed which I really appreciated during that stressful situation. Every time I had gone to Noble for an oil change, they were very nice, honest about what really needs to be fixed and what can just wait/be kept an eye on. My roommate recommended me this place and I've been recommended it to all my friends!

I have lived throughout much of the country during my time in the Navy for the past 35 years and I have never seen an auto shop as good at this one! Chris and his team are very professional, friendly and timely. I have also received excellent customer service from Spencer. I cannot recommend Noble Automotive Repair enough!
